Refund policy

Custom products and returns

Creator-storefront items are print-on-demand and made after you order. They are custom goods.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• change of mind
• you selected the wrong size, colour, or product
• you dislike the AI artwork after you approved the preview and ordered
• ordinary print-on-demand variation (colour, scale, or placement that reasonably matches the mockup)

Check the size chart, colour, and preview before you buy.

If an item arrives with a genuine manufacturing or shipping defect (wrong item sent, damaged in transit, or a print error caused by production), contact the support channel listed with the platform shop so a reprint or refund can be arranged. Statutory consumer guarantees still apply where the law does not allow them to be excluded.
